The VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies announced its annual IMPACT™ Conference is scheduled for Oct. 15-20 at the JW Marriott Marco Island in Marco Island, Fla., and is expected to bring together approximately 800 attendees representing the network’s distributors, supplier partners and business associates.

The week-long event, exclusive to the VIPAR Heavy Duty Family of Companies’ network, will feature business and industry updates, a keynote address, annual stockholder and member meetings, interactive panels, educational sessions, trade show, networking opportunities, global strategy messaging from supplier executives, and about 1,500 one-to-one distributor/supplier partner meetings.

“We’re thrilled to again be hosting our annual IMPACT Conference that brings together the industry’s top distributors, suppliers and business partners to hone business strategies, evaluate market opportunities and strengthen relationships,” said Chris Baer, VIPAR Heavy Duty president and CEO. “This year’s meeting welcomes our combined network of VIPAR Heavy Duty and Power Heavy Duty distributors who represent more than 900 locations throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Always a premier event, we expect the 2023 IMPACT Conference to raise the bar even higher as an opportunity for our entire network to collaborate, strategize and share knowledge. It’s a great time to be in the heavy duty truck parts business!”

Baer added the event will also include a GenNext speed mentoring session and young leaders programming focused on developing future aftermarket leadership; the Women in Business networking reception; and the IMPACT Memorial Golf Tournament to memorialize industry friends lost and raise contributions for various aftermarket charitable causes, including the nonprofit Wyakin Foundation that is dedicated to helping wounded and injured veterans transition to post-military careers.
